Not bad news Per previous press release if not permitted could apply for extension of lease which they did .
a little confused by the mineral rights back to bkm bc one would think if you have lease (above ground) that you would control mineral rights (below ground) but who knows .... but we now know we control above ground and what is most valuable below ground minerals that appreciated some 2.5 billions dollars with the commodity prices making our mine more valuable
also with the cost of copper and tech even the less pure copper is valuable ...
