When I pitch WRN to co-workers (and yes, some have been buying) I tell them, in all honesty, that a buyout should be in the $10 - $20 USD range and conservatively tell them to expect $15.
We all know Dale will not entertain single digits, so it is a matter of just how much past $15 can we get. It depends on the PEA and just how much it adds to the NPV. Remember, NPV is the actual dollars in your pocket value of the project.
