RE:RE:RE:RE:Coming To A Theatre Near YouJust emember that the DRC does not own a share of IVN but they do own 20% of the KK project.
I believe they actually received 15% of the project in which IVN picked up all the build cost but these (15% of the costs) need to be paid back once in production and the other 5% was totally free with no hooks..
So the DRC only gets 5% of the profits right away and then would be receiving the full 20% at a later date (once all 15% construction costs have been paid back). Remember EBITDA as there are a lot of deductions with the ITDA part of that. Companies can have a whole pile of deductions before they see a profit and our pay back to the DRC is based on our profits ............... you get it now.
Our earnings are based on the EB part of that and that is fantastic.That is why our EARNINGS will be very high. That's business in the fast lanes and it's all in the write offs .................. and IVN has billions to write off.
