Wondering

Wondering

I'm wondering who gonna buy the house even if the sage ranch get approved.  It's located in a small town , if you search Tehachapi  in google map .  Is almost in the mountains and deserts, one hour away from any nearest city and shopping center.   Very poor town with only under 10k people live here , but almost highest crime rate than any other place in America . I quote:
Is Tehachapi, CA Safe? The F grade means the rate of crime is much higher than the average US city. Tehachapi is in the 1st percentile for safety, meaning 99% of cities are safer and 1% of cities are more dangerous.

and unemployment rate in Tehachapi is over 11% . Almost two times higher than average unemployment rate in America.

so my question who gonna buy a expensive house in here ? How long gonna take to sell 1000 house ? How you can Guarantee to make money ? That's possible chance nobody want to buy those house . And only gonna get rotten.
