Conflict of Interest???.

Pat,
As crazy as it sounds, only undisclosed issues are considered as conflicts. Briscoe appears to have disclosed his ownership in DL from his initial option to purchase. He may have other undisclosed conflicts but the regulators would likely not see one regarding DL. He seems to have the “powder” to make an eventual go private offer, so his involvement does not bother me. Actually quite comforting.
