Direct from CANWEL's Q1 - may7-2021In my continued thoughts of TBL being taken private or taken over i came across this as said from CANWEL' s Q1 news release. For context its refering to the WHY re: financial actions it took being bought deal and then upsizing and the upsizing of its credit facility. READ BELOW:

"This affords CanWel the strength and flexibility to respond quickly to business and market dynamics, as well as strategic opportunities in North America in both building products distribution and pressure treating.”

ANYONE KNOW A COMPANY THAT MIGHT FIT THIS CRITERIA??? just sayin.... dwdc
