Huh. Tocvan is up.JV option partner Tocvan is up over a buck on Pilar news with 25M shares outstanding. Even with 95M shares out at CBI it's interesting that there are no takers at this low price. Considering what CBI has in exploration potential, this should be considerably higher in my opinion. Of course I've been wrong before.
