Normalement,quand il n'y a pas d'Epee de Damocles au dessus de nos tetes comme presentement avec le choix de Lion de racheter les warrants quand bon leur semble,un warrant avec une longue duree de vie va toujours avoir une prime de temps.Ca reflete l'effet de levier que represente le fait de debourser beaucoup moins d'argent en pourcentage pour profiter de la hausse du prix de l'action.Prenons un exemple bien concret puisque j'en possede.Trevali(t.tv)a un warrant exercisable jusqu'en 2022 pour acheter une action a 23 cents.Presentement  l'action se transige a 26 cents et le warrant est a 8 cents.La difference de 5 cents entre la valeur actuelle de l'action et le prix de conversion represente la prime de temps.Cette prime ira en diminuant au fur et a mesure qu'on se rapprochera de la date limite de conversion.
Pour ce qui est de Lion,jamais il n'y aura de prime de temps puisque a tout moment Lion peut se prevaloir de son privilge de forcer la conversion.
