Steve S....being that I am not a lawyer, after skimming thorough this 53 page sedar document, it appears to me that Computershare Trust is NOT investing in Spectra7, but acting only as the agent to sell the 220M warrents that come along for the FREE ride as part and parcel to the 220M shares that are being offered in this latest PP. In past offerings, I believe the offer only included " 1/2 of 1 warrant" with each whole share. Bonus warrants are only offered to sweeten the deal as companies get more and more desperate for capital. Considering that massive revenue streams are forthcoming, I'm aghast @ this decision. Either way, this company is a flucking disaster, sucking the life blood directly out of its current and future bag holders. If they are successful with this next round of dilution, try to time your exit to coincide with the inevitable PUMP & DUMP, RINSE AND REPEAT. Cheers S7. . .--- just a few of my thoughts.
