Flowr Corp FLWPF

The Flowr Corp is a Toronto-headquartered cannabis company with operations in Canada and Europe. Its Canadian operating campus, located in Kelowna, BC, includes a purpose-built, GMP-designed indoor cultivation facility; an outdoor and greenhouse cultivation site; and a R&D facility that is awaiting licensing from Health Canada. From this campus, Flowr produces recreational and medicinal products. Internationally, it intends to service the global medical cannabis market through its subsidiary Holigen, which has a license for cannabis cultivation in Portugal and operates GMP licensed facilities in Portugal.

RE:RE:AMAZING!! As I posted after FLWR reported financials last I wish i shared your optimism...as this would be a nice 4-6 bagger from this point...but i dont see it valuation wise. They are saying they are undergoing a strategic review. ( code for shopping company) aka 48 north deal with Hexo. Risk is flwr shareholders get taken out in share for share exchange with say, 20% market premium. Then you ride a blue chip ride. Looks like dead money for  awhile....maybe tax loss opportunity in november. Its a shame to see so many dreams on "price to perfection " IPO and momentum promotion before the industry collapsed due to excess supply. With Mexico getting into the game.....how can first world productoin be competitve .
