Nova Royalty Corp. is a royalty and streaming company. The Company is focused on acquiring copper and nickel Net Smelter Return Royalties (NSRs), Gross Value Return Royalties, Net Proceeds Royalties (NPRs), Net Profit Interests, Gross Proceeds Royalties, Gross Overriding Return Royalties, and non-operating interests in mining projects that provide the right to the holder of a percentage of the gross revenue from metals produced from the project or a percentage of the gross revenue from metals produced from the project after deducting specified costs. I think it's more to do with the radio silence on new deals, they were fast and furious in the beginning but we've haven't seen any market moving news recently.

I would imagine with the price explosion in copper it's going to be harder to secure royalty deals at competitive prices right now. Nothing has changed long term with NOVA.

The stock was on a masive run up and a consolidation is not unexpected here.
