The Company’s principal business activity is the exploration of its mineral property interests, with its principal mineral property interests located in Canada. The Company is in the advanced stage of exploration of the Morrison deposit, a porphyry copper/gold/molybdenum ore body, located approximately 35 kilometers (km) north of Granisle, BC and situated within the Babine Lake Porphyry Copper Belt.
