In this case, I am suggesting it comes with a free dividend.

You may think you own stock as your statement says securities owned long but some of you have bought a failure to deliver.  An iou is a security.

It doesn't work in the us at the dtcc but the cds will make everyone who sold an iou to buy a real share to dividend to deliver before the cusip change.

It actually makes the stock go up in two weeks after weakness then the genuine good company free to post good results without an anchor of demons.

Tusk got this because they didn't deserve to trade in the twenties before drilling but these guys dont cover as if they can bankrupt the company, the transaction doesnt close and they dont pay capital gains tax.
