On the one hand this morning, we see that people are saying that the private placement did not happen, and that options were granted for free, or at $0.20.
In fact, the private placement did happen, and they nearly filled the 5 million, although we do not know the exact details.
The options were granted at different prices ranging from 0.02 upwards, and this has been documented in previous posts and is also available in the SEDAR documents
We also have heard that the financials are not to be trusted, and we should wait for the next financials when we will be in the black, and highly profitable.
Everyone can make their own opinion on the financials, but the data is the data, and it has been posted here, and it is published and signed off on by the company.
The future is speculative, and everyone can choose to believe or not believe on what will happen.
Just remember, there have been many people that have promised many things on his board over the last year ranging from share price, to timing of licenses, to profit ability, to a Quiet period (shhhh) and very little, if any of it has come true.
The bottom line is, do not believe anything you read here as being factual, and verify by looking at the trusted documents that are available and posted on SEDAR, rather than take someone's word for something. opinions are cheap, but due diligence takes time but is worth it.
I am hopeful, that this company will turn around, but I recognize hope is not an investment strategy.
I trust in the data, and I will also look at the technicals to see if that can help me, but at this point I am quite happy to sit on the side lines. Those who are actively playing, and investing more, deserve all of the gains that they get, because it is not a low risk proposition.
i wish you well, not harm.
I do hope that those bought in at a much higher level, do make some profit, because losing money sucks, and noone should want to see anyone lose money-its too hard to come by.
