I looked at them a couple of months back after Robert McWhirter sang their praises BNN. I usually give him the benefit of the doubt because I've made some good returns based on some of his comments on BNN - enough to buy him a very good dinner, if I were ever to have the opportunity (including his intro to XBC for me back in Dec 2019). 

Cielo unfortunately didn't pass the sniff (DD) test. After looking at their financials and some interviews with CEO on YouTube over the past 3+ years where promises made never came to pass. This was one stock that he jumped into in a big way ( if I recall correctly) which surprised me - great promises which IMO had a low probability of success based on the company's own history and thus got labelled into the "not with a 10 ft pole" group of companies.
