The Scottish Government have come under fire for an 'extremely concerning' security flaw that allows people to fake their own coronavirus vaccination certificate.

A vaccination form can be downloaded from the NHS Scotland Portal so people travelling abroad can provide proof of vaccinations.

The form includes details of what jab the person received and when.
