RE:No Lawsuitit had credibility enough to move the stock down .06 cents even with no name , it had credibility enogh to illicit a response from Cielo , whether it has credibility or not is not the issue , it was an obvious attempt by a shorter and his goons but it would be simple enough for Cielo to cut each one of those allegations down to the core and debunk them specifically rather than issue a blanket statemet , that is what I would have liked to see
