RE:RE:RE:The story has changedMy only reply , is that in spite of everything else, Crew is way too cheap, The share price is only a small fraction of even the surplus land value. That will change, and one of the principle reasons can be found on page 14 of the presentation. ERH's have led to a tremendous increase in recycle ratios.
Quarterly reports are lagging indicators. Much better to look at the increase in PDP values with each new well drilled. Do the numbers. You will be flabbergasted !
Give Crew (and others) the time to prove themselves. When they do, money will come pouring in and  others ,wishing to copy Crews success will want land. That would be a much more appropriate time to sell.
That is what is happening now in the real estate business, Guess what , I don't need any brokers !!
