re insider trading. im very sure all insiders are aware of the penalty of insider information. therefor no one is guilty of this offence. acusations of this kind will do more harm than not. ive already seen an insider give me some information as to how certain things work, and he no longer posts on this forum. the information was only common knoledge, which is no offence.
