Ford, GM, WV, Chrysler are all making electric vehicles and that alone will continue the upward momentum (wind turbines etc.)
As for Chile, well that is 3 years away and a lot can happen in 3 years.
Bottom line is the current SP doesn't reflect $4 copper. Their books are cleaned up and in the not too distant future I think we will see the dividend come back or perhaps an expansion funded with operating income. I bet there are huge tailings from old copper mines in NA that they could setup shop to do the same.
