RE:RE:RE:I read the report - doesn't look for VMD...IMOYes agree.  But the first thing hits the eye is the 2009 to 2017 explosive growth and the implication in my view that this has occured because of impropriety.  
I also agree the reports wants to tell us that CPAPs can be just as good as NIHV according to the standards they are using.   Thats a call for the specialists not the auditors.
