Ok. Good points.   But do you not think the governor of Louisiana is on the phone to the OIG this morning to understand why a rosy employment opportunity in his state is being undermined?   

98% of transactions reimbursed six years ago and now being disputed?   Really?   

550 jobs created.  Audit that.
