This is a Not an Issue:

"OIG recommends that VieMed refund the Federal Government $29,131,187 in Medicare overpayments for claims incorrectly billed that are within the 4-year reopening period."

They are just asking for 29 Million. They are not being sued. No big deal. Viemed said everything is fine. They have reports.
