Really?   Consider this:
- the audit covers a period up to six years ago;
- was performed years ago;
- has been in managements hands middle of last year, etc etc

and yet still they hire and discuss acquisitions to accelerate expansion. None of the management team appears to be selling. Or concerned  

actions speak louder,...
