CNC's is reporting net AISC which provides a discount for byproduct iron and chromium. FPX's PEA didn't provide for this, though those byproducts are a thing that exist in its process flowsheet and which are being quantified by the current metallurgical work.
On a gross basis, FPX's AISC is much lower, and I wouldn't be at all surprised if it ended up with a negative net AISC after the metallurgical work has been completed.
