No I do not think NFG is going to move out of Vancouver since it is, like TO, a big name mining hub. Like Denver in the US. 

There are a dozen different scenerios which can happen. Anything from NFG going alone, driilling out an initial resource and becoming a mine (The potential resource here could be so large that the price tag for a buyout may not be feasible. Even 2 majors would be challenged to do so. NFG coulc be the next Kirkland lake). Or you could see a large initial investment by a major in the future.

I also see consolidation with the likes of a SIC and others IF THEY HAVE THE GOODS. The ones which end up with the goods are typically the ones you never expect to.
