RE:RE:Well #4 Permit Application/Approval Timing InfoThanks, Bertie.  My analysis on this stock has really been helped greatly by contributions here from you and others, and I'm glad for my part to contribute what I can to the collective effort.

I also thought the 4th permit had been submitted earlier.  However, I'm looking at the appliation right now, and Robert clearly dated it 4-20-21 immediately below his signature (there is also a separate "RECEIVED APR 21 2021 ADEQ" stamp that indicates the formal "filing date").  

It seems like DME simply took a bit longer to file the application than expected for some reason.  However, it's possible that an application for this site was initially filed in March and that perhaps there was some issue that required a re-filing by DME in April.  It's just impossible to know based on the limited facts that we have.
