RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Low Volume:It's surfacing now because the OIG released the report on 5/21. 

One can't very well expect the company to press release that the OIG is conducting an audit and we can't talk about it because it hasn't been released. 
Talk about uncertainty!

I wonder whether some of the slower sales growth has been a result of a tightening of protocols over the last few years.
