The support of 44% stated in all previous releases was based on MYM and Biome voting YES together. Those special shares were only just officially transferred. There is 16-20% of the outstanding float of 359 million which are needed to be YES to secure the 2/3 as outlined. However seeing these shares officially change hands does put an exclamation mark on the whole thing that there are no other suitors and an internal poll of institutional shareholders likely shows strong support in favour of everything on the table. While not my ideal exit I'm willing to go with the flow. For me its great because its my third notch for having picked a company and it getting bought out. The lessons learned here will not be forgotten. In other news IMCC insider is making buys at this low price. The next year is going to be exciting.
