RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:CHR --- a disaster Though I agree with you and dislike the management due to them walking back on their path of diversification when the going got tough and spending most of their resources on the AC CPA, your points are flawed.
Chorus needed to raise the capital to repay the loans they took out last year if you recall, they spent those loans on the A220's to airbaltic if you recall, as well as the revisions to the CPA where they had to acquire the 25 E175s, pay a settlement to the senior pilots chr, to absorb the pilots from sky regional, and repurpose or dispose of the Dash8-300s which they have not done as of yet (to my knowledge anyways)
Dilution was a bad choice but it was probably necessary to finance what they had planned with the outstanding obligations on leases, and revision to the CPA imo they should've negotiated harder with the 2 bought deal parties and not offered as much equity as they did.
The potential buyer walking was a great thing for CHR, I'm sure the majority of the shareholders did not want to see CHR being scooped up at the 4-5 dollar level. Why do you think the shareholders approved the introduction of the poison pill last year?
Though It's important to discuss both the upside and downside of a stock, if you want to be helpful to others it's best to provide facts to back up your claims and not make vague statements.
If you really have no short position I'm not sure why you are on this board as you obviously have no long position either as you believe this stock holds no value above 4.5. The price of this security should not have any effect on you.
The people on this board don't hold enough shares for your opinion to matter anyhow if you're trying somehow to influenece the price so I suggest you just save your energy and go to a different board and target a different stock.
