What's on the horizon

We are going to have to follow a process in the coming weeks to see how this all shakes out. First, I'd like to know who these three independent directors are. How independent are they? Second, the vote for the BoDs is on 7th and meeting on the 9th of June. I know how I have voted. How will Wyloo. If you ask me, Wyloo's direction will become very very clear by the 9th. What if Wyloo cleans house and puts in their own guy? Hold on tight.
