This will all end up in the courts and take a few years to settle IMO.
Apria did the right thing and just settle to get it over with, then do an IPO.
VMD doesn't have that luxury to settle because they back themselves into a corner and the amount would pretty well wipe out their cash.
There is no win for VMD in this, nor for investors.
Even if they win the case, cuts will be coming for the VMD promoted "high margin" vent business. (boy that came back to bit them in the A$$.
What a mess....IMO
