TOC has put all of this in place over the last year by making a very strategic acquisition (Pilar) and keeping a close eye on shareholder value. The trading today is an indication that shareholders are thinking the same thing, TOC traded almost 600,000 in Germany and over 400,000 shares in Canada, for a total over 1 M shares, and this is with a company that has only about 28 M shares in the market. This tells me the price is going higher if they continue to deliver good news.
