I'm not really sure but I would suspect the warrents would not be part of the calculation as they have not been exercised. Where did you get the 20% from? In the grand scheme of things it is only 12 million shares as of now. Which is roughly 12%. Somewhere around 3.0 and 3.16 for today or tomorrow.
