RE:RE:RE:RE:Institutional investors will sell IMO. Low % of holdings...I think if anyone can tackle this attack by the US Gov't on NIV, it is Casy Hoyt. I truly believe he was doing the right thing for his clients and is honest guy trying to do the right thing. 

However, the Gov't watchdog and CMS only want savings and have let that be known. IMO

Right or wrong, it has proven to be in this industry the norm. 

Rates and gov't control over them, are the biggest risk for this stock.
