RE:CN And Kansas City Southern Take Next Step On Path To CombThe 70 mile divestiture is a no brainer.  CN already has two lines to the Baton Rouge area, one from Hammond Ms. and one from New ORleans.  Just trying to satisfy the anti-competition complainers.
