RE:RE:I'm in....Thanks! Yes, I agree with you again. I think people are underestimating a psychological aspect of this - ego.
There is a kudos and a buzz to working downtown that working in your basement simply cannot replicate no matter how high-powered your title might be. My father-in-law was vice chair of one of the Big Six banks and he said he knew it was time to retire when he walked around the financial core and didn't get the buzz like he used to. I worked downtown on Bay St. for a good many years and then I had to work at a satellite office in Brampton for a while - I say office, it was more like a concrete bunker. I hated it. So people will be drawn to the best office in the best locations, and for me that is Dream Office.

There are thousands of Condos downtown and thousands more being built. These condos are 400-1000 sq feet. Anyone who lives downtown wants to be able to get out of their "box", and enjoy the amenities of the office.
As the talent and immigration continues to buy and move into existing and new downtown Condos, the demand for office space will continue to rise. Throw in the recent limitations of building east of Jarvis, the Dream Office Collection is primed for years of growing demand and NAV increases. Welcome to Dream Office!
