I had a quick listen to the conference call of last week. What i take from this:
4. All values related to DMS, including acquisition costs, are in USD;
3. Other acquisitions are likely, but maybe not in the near future;
2. Combined company will focus on organic growth;
1. There was a grand total of ZERO question asked to upper management at the end of the call;
Point #1 is what is the most striking to me. This stock is barely non-existent to other investors, and to the market in general. The fact that DMS is not a public company does not help, because if it was a public company, there would be more news about the acquisition, and potentially more investors (from DMS) interested in Yangaroo. I understand that we should not manage a company based on market visibility, but it would not hurt if Yangaroo would try hard to garner some visibility. I don't know how, but i would help the sp a lot.
