130,000 kg of hygrogen over 1 1/2 years is 143.3 tons of hydrogen. 
That's alot of hydrogen.
Twelve tons a months? Sorry, I don't think so.
Orangegas is in the Netherlands.
The company's principals know each other.
It's a typo.
They'll correct it.
