Canada's #1 Liquids Condensate ProducerOil is going to be over $70 dollars U.S. in two weeks from now, when the driving season starts in the states.
Small Potatoes - (ignore them)
Telling the investment community we increase gas production 6 mmcf at on plant and 40 mmcf at another plant, this is not meaningful cashflow for Arx. In my mind it is less than 1000 boe of condensate rich production.
Oil prices are going to spike here and the best way to capitalize on this is with liquids rich production and that is KaKwa and investment should be ramping up there. They can do it economically, they can do it without risk (Hedges), and they can do it in a repeatable fashion, (10 Billion in Reserves)
The current enviroment is all about liquids production, and if Arx talks about anything else at tommorow's dog and pony management should be given the boot.
The message should be is that we are the #1 liquids producer for Condensate in Canada, we are going to get bigger, we are going to do it in a responsible manner, and Cash flow is going to go through the roof.
I hope they don't tell us how they want to pay down 2% debt....
IMHO
