Your criticism, although somewhat truthful on the surface, is really misplaced. As the partner is likely a super-major like Rio Tinto/Alcoa, these companies do not allow their little partner companies (GMA) to say what they want in news releases related to joint agreements. This is likely why it is not written in plainer language understandable to the average investor.
If this partnerships blossoms to where a pilot plant is agreed to be built, then perhaps we can see the type of language that makes everyone open their eyes wide.
