Interestingly SOLR is buying their first owned project from a developer, much less lucrative, they don't receive the developer revenue or margin and miss out largely on the tax equity. This highlights how SOLR is many years behind UGE. Like BCD is pointing out, UGE is solely developing, building and owning over 60 MW as of year end. They are trading at half the value?!?!?!. Solr purchases a 350 kw project from a developer and is up 20%. UGE regularly announces MW after MW of development and ownership and runs flat... This example is perfect for highlighting how massively undervalued UGE is, and the extraordinary accomplishment it is to be in the position they are in today as a sole developer and owner of solar assets.
