All of your complaints or concerns involve the CEO. If you aren't happy with the way things are going then make the changes. If you want more transparency the CEO we have now is not the man for the job. If you trust the direction of things now then keep him. That's all I said. All of last year I was reading list after list of complaints about the company, clearly these people aren't happy with the way things are going. Don't like the captain of the ship, get a new captain.
