QIPT's fiscal year runs October to September.

I'm unsure of the reporting rules for NASDAQ but the Venture rules require reporting for fiscal Q2 by May 31. So, with the conference call scheduled for Tuesday June 1st I expect financials to be filed sometime in SEDAR on Monday.
