Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. The Property is located in northwestern Nevada and consists of approximately 24,300 acres of contiguous mineral rights including approximately 10,800 acres of owned private land and leased patented claims. Pumpkin Hollow is located approximately 8 miles southeast of the small town of Yerington, Nevada in Lyon County, one- and one-half hours drive southeast of Reno. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is Nevada Copper, Inc.

hycroft has three SPAC's - each funded @ 300 M$ for a grand total of 900 M$.. presently they are sitting in Denver under Hycroft..

the second attorney - appears to be from the Nev Dep of Environs.. good bet she is up to her ears in writing the permits for NCU..

both of these beageles are on the board of NCU..

now look at the newest addition.. their enviromental compliance manager.. he is fresh off the boat from Barrik Cortez.. he holds a masters degree in mine water managment and mine sanitation..

go dwon the list a little further.. ahh ! there is another Barrik Recruit..

myself ! dilution is a rather far fetched knee jerk pikle barrel speculation(s)..

the 'more likely case ! money is going to come out of Reno..

hycrofts SPAC's are Technology Corp 300M$ - Special vehicle Acquisitions Corp 300M$ - Acquisiotions Transfer Corp 300M$.. all three of these Hycroft Spacs were organized in Oct of 2020 and are currently funded - sitting on a desk in Denver @ 900M$.. otw - this i do not kno !

NCU is recruing key people.. the uppe rmanagment reads like the who-who of mining.. i seriously don't think they are planning to come on board @ NCU and watch their stok being diluted in a Billion Dollar open Pit Construction..

otw - these are someof the key crumbs we are looking for... NCU is not talking and we keep guessing..

if u think the storks are going 2 B diluted to oblivion.. then move on... get bak to stoks that trade on illogical's where these principals are common occurence...
