Then they told investors it was a "a leader in sustainable, clean, health and personal care products" .. and later .. "Yunify is a green biotechnology leader in cannabinoid-based active ingredient and delivery systems..."

That was a flat out lie to investors. 

Remember the Quebec Enterprise registry shows the company "Yunify" was registered literally the day before the Feb 8 2018 announcement if I recall correctly.

This is all publicly available information.
