RE:RE:Pascal and JohnI see a lot of people read my post but for some reason no one wanted to answer or discuss the question. Come on ultrabulls I want to see how your going to spin this? Or maybe the best thing to do like you always do is put you head in the sand.....again. So here's the question again just in case it didn't register the first time.

Watching the Osisko presentation I found it interesting that the CEO said it would take them 11 months to get the permits for Windfall because no one lives in the area so the process is simple. If he's right, can someone tell me why it's taken BTR over 3 years and they still haven't gotten either Barry' or the Mill expansion permits?  

Think about it Osisko can get permits for a brand new mill in 11 months or less yet it takes BTR more then 3 years to get a permit for the Barry deposit which was previously mined and a mill expansion on a mill that is already built. Something doesn't add up folks....again. 

OK stupid here's your chance, lets hear your excuse for this discrepency.
