RE:VOTE: AGAINST!!I'm still waiting to receive my papers in the mail, usually get three forms to submit.. one for each account. I will be voting NO on all three unless something changes in the next few days... waiting to see how Canopy financials are when they come out next week and see if they make any announcements etc.
Maybe would vote YES if they adjusted the ratio to value it at $430 mil at the time of conversion. I know there is alot of shareholders who are not impressed with the deal at the moment. #RespectThePlant and #RespectTheShareholders (All of them)
