have a look at what mir has in outstanding shares and its 52 week high mir. The shares can cause problems no doubt but if you have strong enough revenue you still can have very decent share values. Mir gained heavily on having claiming its tech was used by a US company that was developing a rapid covid test i saw it at a nickel almost bought 3000 shares went to .89 over 650 million shares!!!! Just saying...look at other blue chips that have 1 billion shares they still trade 40 and up Enbridge is an example so if you have extremely strong revenue high gross profit margins that will offset "cheap pieces" of paper. 3 to 5 this year without consolidation!!!
