Looking at it

Looking at itI'm looking at Harte. I did a little bit of research.

Looks like equipment down time was a big problem. Does anybody know if the equipemt they use is really old?

Employee shortages was a big issue. That's hard to fix.

I don't like the fact that they have a $1491 hedge price on gold. I can’t find anything regarding the hedge. Does anybody know the terms of the hedge?

New gold has a 15% stake in them. Does any other company have a large position in them?
The reason I ask is that with these cash issues. Anybody with a large stake might have to be forced into supplying more money to keep them from going belly up or else take them out and get rid of management and hedging.

I think the only reason I would buy is the chance that their drill program will hit something good. The only problem is that they are running into cash issues. Time is not on their side
